Projects Department
Pro-Air Services can design, build and install any climate control system no matter the size or complexity of the facility. We have experience working with small to large scale projects and have installed mechanical systems for a diverse array of companies and industries.
Design / Build
Through our design/build services, we analyze the building and create a HVAC system that will provide consistent climate control, proper ventilation, and safe indoor air quality. As a Pro-Earth company, we design systems that increase energy efficiency and meet environmental regulations.
Installation Capabilities
We are a Liebert® factory representative and a factory-trained Carrier® CCN service, design and installation provider. We have installed equipment from all major manufacturers.
We provide installation services for:
- Heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems
- Chilled water systems
- Heat exchangers
- Computer room climate control
- Building management control systems with remote monitoring
- Process refrigeration
- Dust/mist collection systems
Project Management
From the initial consultation through the installation and maintenance period, Pro-Air Services provides complete project management. Our attention to safety and training, as well as our years of experience, allows us to deliver quality climate control systems on time and within the budget.
Fabrication
The fabrication department at Pro-Air Services helps keep costs lower and provides greater quality assurances. By having our own fabrication facility, we are able to increase the efficiency of our design/build and installation projects. The department also enables us to closely monitor the fabrication process, eliminating some potential areas for error.
Our fabrication department provides custom fabrication of:
- Stainless and galvanized sheet metal
- Ductwork
- Utility piping
- Other custom fabrication as needed
