Pro-Air Services is committed to being a Pro-Earth company. We take steps to conserve and protect the environment, and encourage our employees to be more environmentally-conscious.
Our Pro-Earth efforts include:
- Created Pro-Earth Scholarship Program
- Proper handling of refrigerants per government regulations
- Recycling of scrap metal, oil, and refrigerants
- Purchased company vehicles with increased MPG ratings
- The ability to provide energy efficient solutions
Pro-Earth Scholarship
The 2010 Pro-Earth Scholarship winner was Ella Davis from Decatur High School in Decatur, Alabama. Her winning essay was chosen from 48 others that were submitted by area students. Ella will attending American University in Washington, D.C. and is the second recipient of the Pro-Earth Scholarship. The Pro-Earth Scholarship Program was established to help promote awareness about the environment. The Pro-Earth Scholarship in the amount of $2,000 is awarded to an area high school senior student each year. As part of the scholarship application process, students must write an essay explaining what being Pro-Earth means to them.
